Role Description This part-time remote Administrative Assistant role supports the daily operations of Accounting Jobs in Nigeria. The individual in this position will manage correspondence, organize digital files and records, and assist with scheduling online meetings and calls. Tasks include handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette, responding to emails, and providing general clerical support such as data entry and document preparation. The Administrative Assistant will also support executive-level administrative needs, including preparing reports and maintaining efficient workflows. This role requires consistent communication with team members and reliable remote collaboration. Qualifications Strong administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skills, with experience supporting day-to-day office and leadership operations. Professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills for managing calls, emails, and inquiries effectively. Solid clerical skills, including data entry, document management, and basic record-keeping. Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email platforms, spreadsheets, word processing, and virtual meeting software).
