Why work for Accuenergy: * Bi-weekly payment through direct deposit * Free tasty Coffee & beverages * Paid statutory holidays+ vacation benefit +insurance benefit * Enhance training opportunities in job-related field Duties and Responsibilities: * Deliver technical designs for projects of varying complexity that could involve technical complexity * Assists in creating project plans, participates in project planning and project management meetings and provides improvement recommendations to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met * Create production instruction documents (AutoCAD drawings, Assembly Work Instructions, etc) * Instruct and supervise manufacturing workflow following product design and quality control requirements * Troubleshooting and solving any electrical system errors * Providing input over the design and development of equipment designs as they progress through the structural design process * Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation and performance of electrical generation and distribution networks, electrical machinery and components and electronic communications, instrumentation and control systems, equipment, and components * Prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications for electrical and electronic systems and equipment * Design electrical and electronic circuits, components, systems and equipment * Conduct micro or nanodevices simulations, characterization, process modeling and integration in the development of new electronic devices and products * Supervise and inspect the installation, modification, testing and operation of electrical and electronic systems and equipment * Develop maintenance and operating standards for electrical and electronic systems and equipment * Investigate electrical or electronic failures * Prepare accurate technical documentation. * Present complex electrical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Contribute to user manuals and compliance documentation related to products. * Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations. * Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations. * Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.(Required) * Any of Power Metering /Protection Relays / Instrument Transformers specialty is asset. * Experienced in electrical instrumentation, energy metering, or protection systems is a must. * Strong understanding of electrical circuits, power systems, control systems, and electronics. * Ability to perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. * Background in metering, power distribution, automation, or electronics is preferred for certain industries. * Familiarity with regulatory or compliance standards applicable to power metering products (e.g., cybersecurity, EMC, safety certification) is an asset. * Experience with technical requirements documentation (PRDs/SRDs) or structured product specification processes preferred. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Good communication abilities (verbal and written). * Ability to work cross-functionally with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams. * Attention to detail and strong documentation habits.
