Ace Instruments Ltd. is seeking a dependable and motivated *Shipper / Receiver* to join our team. This hands-on position is responsible for receiving, shipping, and organizing inventory while supporting daily warehouse and parts operations. *What You?ll Do* * Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. * Verify packing slips, invoices, and purchase orders. * Label, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. * Prepare and distribute parts for customers, jobs, and field technicians. * Notify customers when materials arrive and assist with pickups. * Complete daily parts deliveries and pickups. * Enter receiving information into inventory and purchasing systems. * Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts. * Track equipment issued to field technicians. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard. * Perform routine inspections of forklifts and shop vehicles. * Participate in on-call and call-in rotations as required. *What We?re Looking For* * Valid Class 5 Driver?s Licence. * Forklift certification is considered an asset. * Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. * Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to coordinate with suppliers, delivery drivers, customers, and field technicians regarding shipments, inventory shortages, and delivery schedules. * Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team. Experience in shipping/receiving, warehousing, inventory control, or the industrial service industry is an asset.
