Job summary

Job description: The Account Executive representing the Fragrance Division uses his/her skills to build ACI Beauty brands at the retail level. Your mandate will be to provide strategic, operational and creative leadership in directing the development of sales, maintenance of merchandising and implementation of strategic company plans. Vital to this position is the implementation of key objectives for business growth and development of our brands in the Canadian Market. Essential Functions: · Responsible for the development of PUIG Fragrance brands retail sales for a specified territory/region and upholding positive field culture · Responsible for in-store sales support and budget management · Responsible to meet with store Manager and any other retail management regarding sales targets, inventory management, training and events · Responsible for seasonal and new product training in-store. · Owning all aspects of the assigned region and conducting regular business reviews Direct the activities within each retail banner ensuring that sales objectives are delivered by pre-planning, organizing and implementing priorities · Handling all quantitative information, analyze data, identify trends and gaps and establish action plans · Be analytical and detail oriented with excellent time management skills (ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment) Work on a computer to send and respond to emails · Strong accountability and attention to deadlines · Ensure in-stock position and proper inventory levels for all PUIG brands through diligent follow up Demonstration/Team Management · Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, motivating, and managing freelance demonstrators · Responsible for personal daily in store sales performance and targets of freelancers · Responsible to lead by example in the area of product sales, link selling techniques and customer service Accurately complete freelance demonstrators' schedules and entries through Dayforce Marketing and Eventing · Responsible to follow and execute marketing initiatives and to maximize all promotional tools · Responsible to plan and execute PUIGI Brand events along with freelance team Administration · Responsible to complete and submit all expense reports, freelance timesheets, travel budget, event recaps Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Schedule · Responsible for completing call cycle schedules 3 months in advance · Responsible for call routing management in adherence to ACI matrix · Schedule calendars will be due the 1st of month to management Testers · Responsible for replacing empty and/or damaged testers · Responsible for calling ahead to find out tester needs New Store Openings: · Responsible to contact store level management to coordinate new store training dates · Responsible to train all cosmetic staff in-store · Responsible to contact the store during set up and determine if all fixtures are in place Required Qualifications / Experience: University Degree or College Diploma in business related disciplines Strong leadership, analytical, negotiating and organizational abilities Minimum 3 years retail sales/account management experience, ideally in the fragrance industry Valid driver’s licence, reliable car and the ability to travel to all assigned accounts Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Must be detailed oriented and able to multitask Ability to proactively anticipate staffing needs, including sourcing and selecting talent to deliver business objectives Must have flexibility to work on weekends Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Benefits: Early Dismissal Fridays (Summer) Dental care Disability insurance Employee assistance program Extended health care Flexible schedule Life insurance Paid time off RRSP match Vision care Wellness program Work from home Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Experience: Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred) Account management: 3 years (preferred) Language: English (required) License/Certification: Driver's License (required) Work Location: In person This is for an existing position, and AI is not used in the recruitment process.
