Job summary

Mechanics will perform assembly, repair, and maintenance including start up and function testing on a variety of manufactured equipment including but not limited to trailers, skids, and other mobile oilfield equipment. Qualifications 2+ years of experience with mechanical assembly work in a manufacturing environment Previous experience with the repair and assembly of heavy equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel, and lube oil systems Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and safety procedures Ability to read, interpret, and follow basic schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and other engineering drawings Ability to read gauges, tape measure, and other mechanical instruments Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations Troubleshoot, identify, and repair problems / hazards that occur during assembly and test Utilize fitting, adjusting, and securing maneuvers to build, maintain, and repair equipment Use various hand and power tools Perform other mechanic shop related job duties as assigned Requirements / Essential Functions High School Diploma, GED, or related certificate preferred Ability to communicate and work well with others in a multi-disciplined environment Strong knowledge in mathematics Maintain a complete set of the required tools Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, reach, and stand throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs Manual dexterity Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Vol Life & Disability, Supplemental Plans, Flexible Spending & Dependent Care Account, Holidays, PTO, 401K Plan Equal Opportunity Employer ACI is an equal opportunity employer.
