As Assistant Store Manager at our Yorkdale store, you will work collaboratively with your team, and provide guidance and support to nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships in which your leadership skills take center stage. WHAT YOU WILL DO Your main contribution will be to collaborate with the Store Manager in all aspects of leading the store. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, management, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You will play a vital role in ensuring excellent service and sales results by: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a luxurious and cutting-edge atmosphere Monitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement to drive store performance Managing inventory levels, conducting stock checks Supporting with analysing KPIs and act proactively to implement sales strategies Supporting with recruiting, training, and leading the team to optimise performance WHO YOU ARE You have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact. Specific personal qualities for this role: Customer-centric mindset with the ability to fine-tune the need of the customer and translate that into excellent customer service Self-reliant in knowing how to guide and motivate a team with clear communication and feedback Proficiency in prioritising responsibilities, and delegating tasks while maintaining attention to detail Understanding of sales techniques, product knowledge, and visual merchandising Specific experience and knowledge for this role: Working in a retail environment within luxury fashion, preferably in a progressive leadership role Good knowledge in analysing retail KPIs and building a strategy plan accordingly Fluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position (and additional languages based on the market requirements) What matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills.
