Position Details This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering ongoing casual shifts throughout the year. Scheduling is based on business needs, and weekly shifts are not guaranteed. Training is also provided before your first shift! Schedule: * Thursday & Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. * Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Salary: * $21/hour RESPONSIBILITIES * Promote products and offer samples to shoppers in local grocery stores * Share key product information and answer customer questions * Meet sampling targets while delivering engaging customer interactions * Prepare simple food and beverage samples (e.g., coffee, desserts) * Maintain a clean and organized sampling station (set up, maintain, and tear down) * Complete reporting after each shift QUALIFICATIONS * Must be available Saturday-Sunday * Customer service or sales experience preferred * Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate with people while delivering key messaging * Ability to stand for the length of your shift (approximately 6 hours) and assist with the setup and teardown of the sampling station (all materials stored on-site) * Access to a smartphone with photo capabilities and internet to complete reporting * Ability to work independently and represent brands professionally in a retail environment * Access to a vehicle and being a driver is preferred. * Liquor certification is an asset (Smart Serve) * Food Safety certification is an asset
