Manager Talent Acquisition Sr

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads and mentors a team of Recruiters and Advisors in the delivery of high quality – high volume staffing services. As a client-facing Talent Acquisition Partner you will partner closely with others in Talent Acquisition, HR and hiring managers to understand our hiring needs, build targeted sourcing plans and working directly with our hiring managers and business partners along the way.

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads and mentors a team of recruiters to deliver high-volume staffing services. They partner with HR and hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies and measure recruitment effectiveness.

Candidates must have at least eight years of experience in high-volume recruiting and sourcing across various geographies. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems like iCIMS or Taleo and strong data analysis skills are required.
