The project manager/business analyst will coordinate strategic IT projects, including requirement analysis, solution development, and rigorous project tracking. They will also manage project documentation, facilitate stakeholder communication, and support users during the implementation of new solutions. Candidates must hold a university degree in management, computer science, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in project management or business analysis. Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems, web development projects, and budget management is required.
