We are experiencing significant expansion and are looking to expand our team with the addition of a Finance Coordinator. The Finance Coordinator supports the financial team with cash management, and bank account reconciliations, as well as AP/AR support ensuring financial records and reporting are accurate and up to date. This is a support role for the financial accounting team and doesn’t have any direct reports. This is a full-time, permanent position. The Duties And Responsibilities Cash and Bank Reconciliation Support Download daily transaction reports from banking platforms and other financial systems Upload and match transactions within the ERP/accounting system Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cash or POS discrepancies Assist with monitoring cash balances and flag irregularities Maintain reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation Finance Support Vendor account set up and maintenance including credit applications Track missing receipts and invoices to ensure timely upload into required software systems Maintain organized financial records to support audit and compliance requirements Provide administrative support to accounts payable and receivable Other finance-related duties as assigned Month- End & Reporting Support Assist with month-end close activities, including preparation of reconciliation schedules Assist in posting standard journal entries Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency within accounting and treasury functions Other duties as assigned The Qualifications Post-secondary certification, diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Certificate in accounting or financial principles is an asset Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance related role.
