Active Adult Centre of Mississauga

Established in 1992 by a group of concerned citizens, the Active Adult Centre of Mississauga (AACM) is a registered charitable organization committed to enriching the lives of Mississauga’s older adults 50+ years of age. The Centre provides a place for 1400 of Mississauga’s older adults and seniors to participate in programs that better their overall health and well-being. A wide array of 80 weekly social, recreational, wellness, and multicultural programs and activities are offered to help strengthen the body, enliven the mind, and awaken the spirit. “Our aim is to ensure that older adults remain active and engaged in their community.
