This role requires excellent communication skills and time management skills. *Duties* * Oversee food preparation processes to maintain consistency and quality across all dishes. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food storage and sanitation practices. * Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or feedback promptly. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment, with a strong understanding of food service operations. * Completion of food safety course and knowledge of regulations and best practices is required. * Excellent communication skills. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations. * A passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
