Provide comprehensive addiction assessments, treatment planning, and clinical therapy within an interdisciplinary team. Facilitate group-based services and coordinate care for clients with substance use and concurrent disorders.

Court Support, Case Manager 2

Provide direct case management, assessment, and court support for individuals with substance use and concurrent disorders involved in the criminal justice system. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and represent client needs within the court process to achieve mandated requirements.

Court Support, Case Manager 2

On-site · Alliston

The Court Support, Case Manager 2 will provide direct services to individuals with substance use issues involved with the criminal justice system, including assessment, referral, case management, and crisis intervention. The role also involves collaboration with local mental health and addiction workers and participation in community committees.

Addictions Counsellor 2

The role involves developing and facilitating a Day/Evening Treatment Program, including client assessments, individual clinical support, and group therapy. Responsibilities also include case coordination, crisis intervention, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support substance use recovery.
