Role: SAP HR Payroll Consultant Start: ASAP Duration: Initial 1 year contract Location: Calgary… Hybrid/ 3 days on site Level: Intermediate/Senior Job Description Min 7 years SAP HR Payroll/Time experience Act as the onsite functional lead, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore AMS resources to ensure effective production support and delivery of enhancements Strong experience in SAP Canada Payroll configuration, including payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and other payroll-related configuration Experience supporting year-end payroll activities, legislative changes, and HR Support Pack (HRSP) implementations Provide hands-on support for Canadian SAP Payroll for both Union and Non-Union employees Strong hands-on experience with Positive and Negative Time Management, including Time Evaluation, schemas, PCRs, attendance and absence configuration, quotas, Work Schedule Rules (WSRs), CATS, and ESS/MSS Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve complex Payroll and Time Management issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement appropriate configuration changes Payroll and Time Management integrations and ensure accurate downstream payroll processing Should be able to troubleshoot time related issues Must have Work Authorization for Canada. Requirements
Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP HR Payroll and Time Management, specifically with Canadian payroll configuration. Must have valid work authorization for Canada and expertise in both Union and Non-Union payroll processing.
