Job summary
Adecco is hiring a full-time Billing Coordinator for Industrial gas supplier company to support contract management and data operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring contract accuracy, system alignment, and seamless execution across CRM and ERP platforms. Pay Rate: $25.00 /hour Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite) Schedule: Monday–Friday | Between 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Job Type: 12months contract Here’s why you should apply: Paid weekly accurate and on time Strong health and safety programs Medical and dental benefits once qualified Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Main Responsibilities: Review contracts and amendments to extract and update key terms in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Manage contract documentation, including scanning and uploading records into D365 Set up and maintain customer accounts in JD Edwards (JDE), including pricing, billing, and contract details Partner with Sales teams to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies Reconcile data across D365 and JDE to ensure consistency and accuracy Support reporting, prioritize critical tasks, and maintain up-to-date records Identify opportunities to improve contract management processes Qualifications: Experience in contract management, ideally within chemical or manufacturing industries Knowledge of long-term contracts, renewals, and amendments Hands-on experience with D365, JDE, or similar CRM/ERP systems Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Experience with contract management systems and data reconciliation is an asset Are you interested in this position?
