Cette opportunité active débutera par un contrat temporaire d'un an, avec un potentiel très élevé de prolongation ou éventuellement de devenir quelque chose de plus par la suite. Les heures de travail seront du lundi au vendredi, de 8h30 à 17h (pas de soirées ni de week-ends !) et il y aura également un arrangement de travail hybride, avec 2 jours à distance et 3 jours au bureau. Les responsabilités pour le poste de commis comptable bilingue à Saint-Laurent, QC, peuvent inclure, mais ne sont pas limitées à : Répondre aux appels entrants et les diriger vers l'équipe/membre approprié de manière professionnelle et diligente, en anglais et en français. Effectuer des appels de recouvrement, accepter et traiter les paiements par carte de crédit. Aider aux dépôts de chèques et préparer les remises tout en vérifiant les relevés bancaires. Effectuer fréquemment des validations de licences (une formation sera fournie, mais il est préférable que la personne ait un haut degré de détail/précision). La clientèle peut être un mélange de professionnels, de consommateurs et de détaillants. Établir et maintenir des relations avec les clients pour garantir des partenariats commerciaux continus, la fidélisation et la croissance. Bien que la majorité du poste soit par téléphone, il pourra être nécessaire de répondre à des demandes par courriel ou par chat en anglais et en français.
