Adecco is currently hiring a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic / Service Manager in Saskatoon, SK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced refrigeration professional ready to step into a leadership role. You will oversee a team of approximately seven technicians while ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. • Pay Rate: $110,000-$135,000/year (based on experience) • Location: Saskatoon, SK • Job type: Permanent | Full-time Here's why you should apply: • Competitive salary up to $135,000 • $10,000 signing bonus • Relocation assistance available • Comprehensive benefits package • Leadership opportunity with a respected Saskatchewan employer • Long-term career growth potential Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and support a team of service technicians • Coordinate daily service operations and scheduling • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Monitor service quality, project progress, and team performance • Support hiring, training, and performance management activities • Conduct occasional customer site visits • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies • Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency Qualifications and Skills: • Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic Certification required • Minimum 5 years of refrigeration industry experience • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred • Strong knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and mechanical systems • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Are you interested in this position?
