SUMMARY Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer (UX), Enterprise & Service Experiences for a contract opportunity supporting large-scale digital products, platforms, and enterprise initiatives. This role will lead user experience and service design activities, working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, researchers, and technology partners to create intuitive, user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms. This position will be an 18 month contract, and will primarily function as remote, but should have the ability to attend meetings in either Toronto or Ottawa. QUALIFICATIONS • 8+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, Service Design, or related disciplines • Strong experience with user-centered design methodologies • Expertise in journey mapping, service blueprinting, information architecture, and interaction design • Experience designing enterprise platforms, SaaS products, B2B solutions, or digital ecosystems • Experience leading workshops and facilitating stakeholder alignment sessions • Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles • Experience designing native mobile applications for both iOS and Android • Advanced proficiency with Figma and Miro • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to collaborate with product, business, architecture, development, and research teams RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead UX and service design activities for complex enterprise products and platforms • Create customer journeys, workflows, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts • Translate business and technical requirements into effective user experiences • Facilitate workshops and design sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts • Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, researchers, and business leaders • Present concepts, design recommendations, and future-state experience visions • Support discovery, usability testing, validation, and design refinement activities • Produce design documentation and implementation-ready deliverables • Ensure consistency across digital products while supporting platform-specific requirements • Contribute to design systems, design standards, and UX best practices • Partner with development teams to ensure delivered solutions align with approved designs APPLICATION Qualified candidates with extensive experience in UX, product design, service design, enterprise platforms, SaaS products, mobile applications, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives are encouraged to apply.
