40-hour compressed workweek Day Shift (Monday to Friday): * Regular 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday), or a compressed 4-day schedule of 10-hour shifts (Monday to Thursday). * Multiple schedule options are available, offering flexibility in start times (between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.) and corresponding end times. Candidates should possess a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Welding and Fitting or at least 2000 hours of relevant experience. Proficiency in reading blueprints and knowledge of welding tools and metalworking equipment are essential.
