Design Engineer Design Engineer Posted: 01/14/2026 Position Grade V-1 -V-3 Pay Scale $95,000/yr - $135,000/yr Location: Diamond Bar, Irvine Job Description The ideal candidate will have over 3 years’ experience and work on multi-modal engineering projects involving highway design, freeway interchange improvements, ITS, and other disciplines. You will be given training in broad technical disciplines and project management, with great career advancement opportunities! EIT is preferred, and a Professional Engineer license is a plus. Responsibilities Perform engineering projects ranging from highway design to freeway interchange improvements, ITS, and other disciplines. Requirements

A bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in project management or a relevant field are required, along with an EIT credential. Candidates should be proficient in MicroStation, InRoads, AutoCAD, and related CADD software, and demonstrate project delivery, communication, and teamwork skills; a Professional Engineer (Civil) license is a plus.
