Aeolus Staffing Solutions is recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to join one of our large, well-established clients in North York. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who enjoys supporting senior leadership while also playing an important role in billing, accounting administration, and vendor management. Position Details Location: North York, ON Work arrangement: Fully on-site, five days per week Contract: Six months, with strong potential for extension Pay rate: $30–$35 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and changing priorities Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow up on action items Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents Support billing, invoicing, expense reconciliation, and payment tracking Assist with basic accounting and financial administration Manage vendor communication, documentation, onboarding, and account updates Review vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized and confidential electronic records Support special projects and other operational priorities as required What We’re Looking For Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role Strong experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams Hands-on experience with billing, invoicing, basic accounting, and vendor management Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Availability to work on-site in North York five days per week This is a great opportunity to join a respected organization, work closely with senior leadership, and take ownership of a varied and important position.
