We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Developer / Test Lead to design and drive the overarching test strategy for a digital banking modernization initiative. This role is ideal for a hands-on quality engineer who excels in building automated test suites, leading performance and security testing, and ensuring a flawless member experience upon go-live. What You'll Do Develop the master test strategy, test plans, and test cases covering all facets of the digital banking platform. Build and manage automated testing frameworks, performance testing, and security testing protocols. Lead business validation testing, regression testing, and operational testing across multiple environments. Drive defect triage and prioritization, and manage the ultimate UAT test signoff and business approval process. Implement CI/CD pipeline test integrations and automated deployment workflows. Required Qualifications 5+ years of recent experience in QA Automation and Test Leadership roles. Hands-on expertise with modern automated testing frameworks (UI and API testing). Experience with performance testing tools and security testing methodologies. Strong analytical skills for defect management and root cause analysis in complex, multi-vendor integrated environments. Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments. Nice to Have Experience with Azure DevOps integration for automated testing. Prior experience testing enterprise-scale software deployments within banking or digital finance. Experience in large-scale modernization or enterprise transformation projects. What you’ll do

Design and drive the overarching test strategy for a digital banking modernization initiative, including the creation of master test plans and automated frameworks. Lead business validation, performance, and security testing while managing defect triage and UAT sign-off.

Requirements

Requires over 5 years of experience in QA Automation and Test Leadership with hands-on expertise in UI and API testing frameworks. Candidates should be proficient in Agile/Scrum environments and experienced in performance and security testing methodologies.
