About the Role We're looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects move smoothly from order through delivery by coordinating purchasing, documentation, invoicing support, shipping logistics, and project administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, managing multiple priorities, and working behind the scenes to keep projects on track. You'll collaborate with our sales, design, accounting, and logistics teams to ensure every project is delivered accurately and efficiently. What You'll Do Coordinate project handoffs from Sales to Operations Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate project documentation Manage project trackers and ensure project information remains up to date Coordinate documentation with internal design and drafting teams Prepare invoice packages and assist with accounts receivable follow-up Support accounts payable by organizing vendor documentation Coordinate shipments with freight providers, couriers, and warehouse partners Prepare export and shipping documentation for management review Provide project updates to internal teams and customers Support administrative requirements, including business licences and operational records Assist with coordination of U.S. projects and cross-border documentation What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or a similar role Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with ERP, CRM, or project management software is considered an asset Experience in construction, manufacturing, logistics, or the building products industry is an asset, but not required You'll Thrive in This Role If You Love keeping projects organized and moving forward Take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments Communicate proactively and build strong working relationships Can anticipate issues before they become problems Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Are always looking for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
