Job summary
This is an open application. We're building a talent pool of Wind Turbine Technicians for upcoming projects across Canada. When a project matching your profile opens, we'll reach out. Join our field crews across Canada - we're looking for Wind Turbine Technicians and IRATA-certified Technicians to work alongside our team on-site. You'll travel to wind farms with accommodation and travel expenses fully covered. Expect hands-on Wind Turbine Technician work: on-site, at height, in industrial environments. What the role involves • Maintenance and operation of robotic systems used for cleaning, inspection, and repair of wind turbines • Routine turbine inspections to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards • Blade repair work on rope-access projects • Full compliance with safety protocols and site rules • Daily toolbox talks and site coordination with the crew • Repair reports, time tracking, and technical documentation in our systems • Project sync with the back office (on-site and via Google Meet) • Delivery coordination - receiving, checking, and signing off arriving goods • Operating company vehicles as needed Required • Eligible to work in Canada - citizenship or valid work permit • Experience inspecting and repairing wind turbine blades on rope-access projects • GWO Basic Safety Training • Driver's licence • Fluent English Nice to have but not mandatory • Personal Safety with Epoxy & Isocyanates • Blade B / Basic Blade Repair certificate • IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 • Vestas BTO / ESQ / LOTO 2 • Siemens LOTO • SGRE SGTT • GE Easy Access / QEW • GWO BTT • Confined Space • OSHA 10 • NFPA 70E What we offer • Fully paid travel and lodging • Per diem • PPE fully provided Want to be part of the Aerones team? Requirements
