Job Description On behalf of our Healthcare Client, Affinity is seeking a Business Lead Consultant to contribute to the implementation of a single modern platform that supports both Document/Content Management (DCM) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), for a long term contract in the Lower Mainland. Responsibilities Represent the business owners and their priorities throughout planning, design and implementation. Translate business objectives into clear requirements, future-state processes and solution design inputs. Challenge current-state processes and bring industry best practices so the solution is not a replica of today’s process. Communicate confidently with executive sponsors and senior leadership: prepare updates, frame decisions, and escalate issues. Work day to day with the internal project team and the vendor to keep business needs front and centre. Help define document and contract standards, templates, approval workflows and governance. Support readiness ahead of implementation, including stakeholder alignment, scope definition and phasing. Act as a thought leader: offer recommendations and opinions, not just capture notes. Qualifications Senior business-side experience on technology implementations, as a business lead, business architect, business owner representative, senior BA or similar. Implementation experience with CLM and/or DCM/ECM platforms. Strong executive presence, comfortable with detail-oriented senior leaders. Proven ability to turn strategy into requirements, process designs and plans. Strategic thinker who brings a point of view and best practices. Assets Experience in insurance, financial services, health, or public sector/Crown corporations. Experience with policy, benefits or terms-and-conditions documents, such as templated documents with tailored components. Experience in a unionized environment. Project management background.
