Job Description On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is seeking a Systems Analyst. The successful candidate will support outpatient clinic scheduling by designing, configuring and testing Scheduling Management to support patient care and an efficient appointment booking process. They will work closely with the Patient Scheduling Team and Regional Digital Solutions to ensure effective scheduling functionality across the supported healthcare environment. Responsibilities The Patient Scheduling Team will support outpatient clinics scheduling. The team will design, configure and test Scheduling Management to support patient care and an efficient appointment booking process. Qualifications Candidates must have a thorough understanding of scheduling procedures and related systems. Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of both front and back-end Cerner Millenium Win32 Scheduling Appointment Book and Scheduling Tools modules Understanding of PM Office, Bedrock an asset Understanding of CCL an asset Cerner Millennium implementation experience in Scheduling systems an asset. A Degree in Consulting Category related disciplines and a minimum of four (4) years of related Consulting Category experience; or A Diploma in Consulting Category related disciplines and a minimum of five (5) years of related Consulting Category experience; or A Certificate in Consulting Category related disciplines and a minimum of six (6) years of related Consulting Category experience; or An absolute minimum of eight (8) years of directly related Consulting Category experience. Requirements

Candidates must thoroughly understand scheduling procedures and related systems, with strong knowledge of the front- and back-end Cerner Millennium Win32 Scheduling Appointment Book and Scheduling Tools modules. PM Office, Bedrock, CCL, and Cerner Millennium scheduling implementation experience are assets; candidates must also meet the stated education-and-experience combinations, ranging from a relevant degree plus four years of experience to eight years of directly related experience.
