The Coach will monitor client progress, adjust coaching plans as appropriate, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and supportive client experience. The role also includes participating in workshops, contributing to educational content, and staying informed about industry developments and best practices. Qualifications Strong coaching and client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly and build trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Experience in personal finance, financial education, client services, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and the ability to support clients in achieving their personal goals. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and maintain accurate documentation. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a professional team environment. Comfortable using digital tools and standard office software for scheduling, documentation, and client communications. A diploma or degree in finance, business, economics, counseling, education, or a related discipline is an asset. Relevant professional training or certifications in coaching, client services, or related fields are considered an advantage but are not required.

Requirements
