CNC Machinist (Milling & Turning) Affinity Manufacturing Ltd. | Surrey, BC $34-$39/hour | Full-Time | Permanent Affinity Manufacturing is a precision machining company specializing in high-quality custom components for industrial customers across North America. We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with strong milling and turning skills to join our growing team. Responsibilities Program, edit, and optimize CNC programs as required Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T Produce precision components to tight tolerances Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring equipment Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues Edit CNC programs and optimize machining processes Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards Qualifications Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience Strong setup and operation experience on CNC mills and lathes CNC programming experience is an asset Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Mastercam, or GibbsCAM preferred Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills Experience machining aluminum, stainless steel, alloy steels, and plastics Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Extended health and dental benefits Modern equipment and varied precision work Stable, long-term employment Growth-oriented and supportive team environment On-site parking If you're a skilled machinist who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys challenging precision machining projects, we'd like to hear from you.
