We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our rapidly growing Protection & Investigation Services division. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating complex operations, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to clients and field personnel. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across Executive Protection, Corporate Investigations, Residential Security, and Travel Security programs. Support scheduling, deployment, and resource allocation for field personnel across Canada. Maintain operational records, reports, databases, and client documentation. Assist with onboarding, credential management, compliance tracking, and training coordination. Support proposal development, client reporting, and administrative requirements. Liaise with internal departments, clients, and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor operational activity and provide after-hours support when required. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational process development. Qualifications: Post-secondary education Security Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in operations coordination, security services, investigations, workforce deployment, or a similar industry. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information. Previous experience within security, investigations, law enforcement, military, or protective services environments is considered a strong asset.
