Africa Global Education

Africa Global Education (AGE) is an education group that owns, manages and develops international schools across East Africa. Our purpose is to help young people build the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to succeed in their studies and contribute to their communities. We work to strengthen teaching and learning through effective school leadership, teacher development and thoughtful academic planning. We aim to create safe, supportive learning environments that encourage academic achievement, personal growth and student wellbeing. At group level, our focus includes school management, staff recruitment and development, educational programmes and long-term school improvement. We value close cooperation between school leaders, teachers, families and the communities we serve. We believe strong schools depend on capable, committed people.
