About The Role The IT Business Analyst supports the Imaging & Content Platforms team by gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, supporting testing activities, and helping deliver enterprise content management and document workflow solutions. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and project teams to ensure that technology solutions meet organizational needs and adhere to standards. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver with strong analytical skills, capable of documenting requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and supporting technology delivery efforts. This position plays a vital role in initiatives involving enterprise content management, document workflows, digital transformation, and integrations with enterprise platforms such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, JDE, Workday, and related technologies. Qualifications Applicants should possess a degree or equivalent with typically 4+ years of relevant experience. The role requires a solid understanding of business analysis fundamentals and experience working with enterprise applications and systems. Preferred qualifications include experience with enterprise content management platforms, workflow automation, and integrations with systems like SAP, Salesforce, or JDE. Familiarity with compliance, records retention, privacy, and audit requirements is advantageous. Experience working in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, hybrid, or waterfall environments, especially within healthcare, supply chain, or pharmaceutical sectors, is highly valued. Responsibilities Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements through stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews. Create and maintain comprehensive requirements documentation, including user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and business rules. Support content management and document workflow initiatives, focusing on document storage, retrieval, metadata management, retention, and lifecycle processes. Collaborate with technical teams to clarify requirements, validate solution designs, and support implementation activities. Conduct current-state and future-state process analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Assist in supporting integrations between enterprise content platforms and business systems such as ERP and workflow applications. Participate in testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, defect management, and validation of business requirements. Track and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and open decisions to stakeholders. Ensure solutions align with security standards, compliance, records management, and operational requirements. Prepare project documentation, meeting materials, status updates, and stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and alignment. Support deployment, hypercare, and post-implementation activities to ensure smooth transition and ongoing support. Our pay range for this position is $81,500 to $108,600, with potential additional compensation such as annual bonuses or long-term incentives.
