About The Role As a Lead Business Systems Analyst at McKesson, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex business requirements into scalable, compliant, and value-generating technology solutions that support the company's operational and strategic objectives. You will lead activities related to requirements gathering, process optimization, solution delivery, testing, and stakeholder management. Your efforts will contribute significantly to digital transformation initiatives, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and fostering effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications More than 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis, systems analysis, solution delivery, application support, or related fields. Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role within a complex enterprise environment. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements management, and solution delivery frameworks. Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into effective technological solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Experience supporting enterprise applications and critical business processes. Knowledge of testing methodologies, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production validation. Familiarity with business process modeling, workflow analysis, and process improvement techniques. Experience with ERP systems, supply chain management, warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and financial systems. Understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, data flows, and enterprise application ecosystems. Experience working in regulated environments with exposure to compliance, audit, SOX, and ITGC requirements. Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory. Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution owners, IT teams, vendors, and project teams to transform business needs into scalable, value-driven technology solutions. Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and business process assessments. Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, use cases, and user stories. Ensure that requirements are complete, traceable, testable, and aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities. Serve as the primary point of contact between business users, technical teams, vendors, and support groups. Work closely with architects, developers, and external partners to design and implement effective technological solutions. Evaluate solution options, providing recommendations based on business value, risk, cost, operational impact, and long-term sustainability. Support project delivery activities, including planning, design reviews, testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization. Coordinate user readiness activities and promote adoption of new processes and technologies. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and enterprise modernization initiatives. Design and execute testing strategies, validation scenarios, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans. Oversee testing activities, validate solutions against documented requirements and acceptance criteria, and manage defect resolution. Support production validation and monitor system performance post-implementation, addressing issues as they arise. Analyze production incidents, participate in root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions. Identify recurring operational issues and propose durable solutions and process improvements. Collaborate with support teams to enhance system reliability, reduce operational risks, and increase user adoption. Ensure solutions comply with applicable regulatory, security, privacy, audit, and governance standards. Support SOX compliance and IT general controls (ITGC) activities, including documentation, testing, and audit preparation. Contribute to strategic initiatives, digital transformation programs, portfolio planning, and continuous improvement efforts. Requirements

Requires more than 10 years of relevant experience, strong enterprise business systems analysis and solution delivery expertise, and experience with testing, integrations, regulated environments, and enterprise applications such as ERP, WMS, and TMS. A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and mandatory bilingual proficiency in French and English are specified.
