This leadership role combines technical expertise, customer-facing solution development, project management, and team leadership. Acting as the bridge between sales and engineering, you will guide the quotation process, support complex customer applications, lead an Inside Sales team, and help deliver engineered solutions that drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth. Total rewards: Earn a competitive base salary of approximately $120,000 annually, flexible based on experience Receive an annual bonus opportunity of up to 15% Enjoy four weeks of vacation Access a comprehensive benefits package Participate in an RRSP matching program Join a stable organization with more than three decades of industry success Gain visibility and influence through a seat at the management table Build your career with a company experiencing significant growth and transformation Responsibilities: Lead the qualification, development, and execution of complex customer opportunities and engineered solutions Manage quotation, costing, proposal, and pricing activities to support profitable growth Collaborate with customers to understand application requirements and develop technical solutions Act as the primary liaison between sales, engineering, production, and supply chain teams Oversee custom and engineered projects from concept through order execution Support and mentor Inside Sales team members through coaching and guidance Visit customer sites and attend industry events to provide technical expertise and strengthen customer relationships Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews, troubleshooting, and application enhancements Requirements: Hold a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline Bring technical sales experience within a manufacturing environment Demonstrate experience in an applications-focused sales or engineering support role Read and interpret engineering drawings and material specifications with confidence Possess fluid power, hydraulics, or related industrial equipment experience Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines Utilize CRM, ERP, CAD, and Microsoft Office tools effectively Demonstrate strong communication skills, customer focus, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset

Requirements
