Total rewards: $50.00 - $54.50 hourly Long-term contract through December 2027 Competitive hourly compensation Opportunity to support a high-profile enterprise transformation initiative Exposure to executive and senior leadership teams Hybrid work environment offering flexibility Collaborative and highly visible role within a large program team Opportunity to leverage bilingual English/Spanish communication skills Work on strategic communications, engagement campaigns, and large-scale events A typical day: Develop and execute strategic communications and engagement plans that support the SAP Plus Program's goals, milestones, and business objectives. Build and maintain a rolling 90-day communications and engagement roadmap, ensuring timely and effective stakeholder outreach. Create, edit, and distribute high-quality communications materials, including program updates, newsletters, announcements, and key messaging. Draft executive communications, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership, governance committees, and board stakeholders. Coordinate communications across cross-functional teams, external partners, and program stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency. Establish and promote communications best practices, governance standards, and consistent branding across all program workstreams. Partner closely with Change Management teams to support organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of program initiatives. Translate, adapt, and localize communications and training materials between English and Spanish, while supporting large-scale engagement activities such as town halls, roadshows, and leadership events. Successful candidates will have: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline 10+ years of communications and stakeholder engagement experience within large or multinational organizations Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation programs, SAP initiatives, or complex business projects Exceptional written, editing, presentation, and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish Strong experience developing executive communications and leadership messaging Proven ability to manage multiple communications initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, and project coordination skills Experience working alongside change management teams to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption
