Drive Strategic Technology Sourcing and Vendor Partnerships in a High-Impact Contract Analyst Role Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Contract Analyst in the Supply Chain sector in Calgary, Alberta. Join a collaborative procurement team supporting enterprise technology investments and strategic sourcing initiatives. In this role, you'll manage technology-related spend categories, lead sourcing activities, develop vendor relationships, and provide procurement expertise for software, hardware, telecommunications, and professional services. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders, influence purchasing strategies, and support critical technology projects across a large enterprise. Total rewards: Earn a competitive contract pay rate of up to $32.56/hour (T4) and $37.35/hour (incorporated contractor) Gain exposure to enterprise-scale technology procurement initiatives Work with diverse stakeholders across business and technology teams Develop expertise in strategic sourcing and category management Build experience with leading procurement and ERP platforms Influence vendor selection and contract negotiations Expand your professional network across procurement and technology functions Responsibilities: Lead sourcing activities for software, technology services, hardware, and telecommunications categories Develop demand planning strategies in partnership with business stakeholders Coordinate RFx processes, bid evaluations, and supplier selection activities Conduct market research and supplier analysis to support procurement decisions Negotiate contracts and support contract award recommendations Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance Resolve procurement and contract-related issues with internal and external stakeholders Support procurement best practices, training, and category management initiatives Requirements: Hold a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline Bring at least 3 years of technology sourcing or procurement experience Demonstrate experience managing software, IT services, or technology contracts Build strong relationships across cross-functional stakeholder groups Communicate effectively through written, verbal, and presentation skills Analyze procurement requirements and develop sourcing strategies Utilize procurement systems and tools such as SAP, Ariba, or Power BI Show interest and aptitude for learning technical products, services, and contract terms

Requirements

Candidates should have experience with technology contracts, strong stakeholder and communication skills, analytical sourcing capabilities, and familiarity with procurement tools such as SAP, Ariba, or Power BI.
