Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for a large-scale thermal power generation facility located west of Edmonton. This is a senior leadership role responsible for plant safety, reliability, compliance, team performance, and operational results. Ideal candidates bring strong power generation expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for developing high-performing teams in a safety-critical environment. Requirements

Candidates should have operations leadership experience, thermal generation and compliance expertise, outage and reliability experience, unionized-environment experience, financial acumen, and strong stakeholder communication skills.
