One of our banking clients is looking for a Sales Coordinator (Advisor Sales Channel) to join their team in downtown Toronto. This is a 1‑year onsite contract with strong potential for extension or conversion to FTE. Job Title- Sales Coordinator (Advisor Sales Channel) Location- Toronto- Downtown Duration- 12 Months + Possibilites of Extension Pay Rate- $28 per hour on T4 Job Description The Sales Coordinator will support the Advisor Sales Channel by providing operational, administrative, sales enablement, and event coordination support to Relationship Managers and Product Specialists. This role is fully onsite at First Canadian Place and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Central coordination + administrative support for Advisor Sales & Product Specialist teams Partner with sales, marketing, events, investments, and operations Track collaborative activities for leadership reporting Manage onsite needs: printing, shipping, collateral, meeting readiness Coordinate sales materials, promotional items, small meetings & advisor engagements Support senior leadership meetings (room setup, water/coffee, light catering) Process expenses, sponsorships, and administrative requests Lead small sales‑led events (~20 people) Manage expense reports for multiple sales team members Must Have: University degree or equivalent experience 3+ years in financial services or asset management 5+ years in sales support, admin support, client service, communications, event management, project coordination Experience supporting sales/distribution teams Strong Microsoft skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot) Understanding of investments & sales‑driven environments Ability to work onsite 4–5 days/week. Requirements
