We are currently hiring for a Yard Operations Associate to support our clients waste management operations at a busy facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and staying active throughout the day. We Offer $18.00 hourly Schedule: Tuesday to Friday: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM & Saturday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM $18.00/hour + 4% vacation pay, paid out weekly Benefits available after 6 months of full-time employment Opportunity to be hired on permanently Responsibilities Assist customers with unloading garbage, wood, and recyclable materials Direct traffic to appropriate dumping areas Sort and stack materials including wood, tires, and electronics Clean and organize appliances (e.g., fridges) Perform general site clean-up and yard maintenance Support operations within a pallet depot environment Requirements Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and standing for extended periods of time CSA-approved steel toe boots required Must have a clean criminal record Reliable with a strong work ethic Must be comfortable interacting with customers This posting is for an active opening.
