The Support and Development Center provide services to Agnico Eagle's various Canadian and / or international mining operations in a variety of areas, including administration, financial services, IT, supply chain, human resources, communications, construction as well as technical services (geology, engineering, metallurgy, infrastructure, marketing, innovation, and digital transformation). Your Next Challenge Relevant du coordonnateur de la paie, vous assurerez l’exactitude et la conformité du traitement de la paie pour les employés des sites situés au Québec et/ou au Nunavut. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien administratif des opérations minières, où la rigueur, la confidentialité et la rapidité d’exécution sont essentielles. Plus Spécifiquement, Vous Aurez à Valider les documents d’embauche; Traiter les changements de statut, de poste et de bénéfices selon les réalités opérationnelles; Calculer et traiter les rétros de salaire lors de changements de poste; Calculer et traiter les paiements finaux lors de fin d’emploi; Recueillir et valider l’entrée de temps hebdomadairement; Traiter le cycle de paie complet du Québec et/ou Nunavut (réconciliation du registre de paie, écriture journal et dépôt bancaire); Traiter les paiements de bonis, primes et allocations spécifiques au secteur; Répondre aux questions des employés et des superviseurs; Maîtriser et appliquer correctement les politiques internes propres aux opérations; Assurer la conformité aux normes légales, fiscales et réglementation applicable aux différentes juridictions; Exécuter toutes autres tâches connexes liées au bon fonctionnement du service de la paie. What You Need To Succeed Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) en administration, diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en administration ou certificat en administration; Avoir un minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la paie ou de l’administration; Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel; Capacité à communiquer efficacement en français et anglais (oral et écrit); Connaissance du secteur minier ou d’un environnement industriel complexe (un atout); Sens élevé de la confidentialité et de l’éthique professionnelle; Excellente organisation du travail et souci du détail; Méthodique, structuré et orienté vers la qualité; Capacité à gérer un volume important d’informations dans des délais serrés; Autonomie, jugement et bonne gestion du stress. Votre Horaire De Travail Horaire : 40 heures par semaine, de lundi au vendredi avec possibilité d’horaire 5-2-4-3; Lieu de travail : Le poste à combler se situe au Centre de Support et Développement (CSD), situé à Rouyn-Noranda ou Val-d’Or.
