Your Next Challenge Reporting to the IT Supervisor, as the IT Analyst, you will be part of the Technology & BI Department and collaborates with other departments of mine. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s culture, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment. Design and put in place solutions to resolve technical and global issues Develop, Design and Follow standard department procedures and best practices Propose and design technical improvement solutions for the department Maintain documentation and network diagrams Document changes and requests in our ITSM Provide advanced support across multiple technologies Propose technical orientation for the department Oversee IT Projects and collaborate with different stakeholders Assist IT Technicians and collaborate with OT Specialists Advise his supervisor on appropriate action and decision Ensure network security on the different infrastructure of the site What You Need To Succeed Minimum three (3) years of relevant IT infrastructure experience. Hands-on networking experience, including switching, routing, firewalls, IP addressing, and VLAN configuration. Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, backups, virtualization, and storage infrastructure. Experience maintaining and deploying IT infrastructure and contributing to infrastructure projects. Ability to troubleshoot independently, take initiative, and manage changing priorities. Strong teamwork and communication skills, including explaining technical issues, impacts, and proposed solutions to users and managers. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and site-specific applications. Strong oral and written English communication skills. Linux knowledge (an asset) LTE infrastructure experience (strong asset) Relevant networking certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP (strong asset) French-language skills (an asset) Your Work Schedule 14 days of work, followed by 14 days for transportation and rest; flights departing from all communities of the Kivalliq region, Mirabel or Val d’Or, Quebec; Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides charter flights to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.

Requirements
Requires at least three years of relevant IT infrastructure experience, hands-on networking expertise, and knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, backups, virtualization, and storage. Candidates should be able to troubleshoot independently, manage changing priorities, communicate effectively in English, and adapt to new technologies; Linux, LTE infrastructure, networking certifications, and French are assets.
