Coordinate manufacturing activities through to shipping (milk receiving and processing, production, packaging, aging, and shipping) while ensuring delivery deadlines are met; Ensure operational continuity, adherence to production plans, and product quality standards; Coordinate workforce requirements; Ensure proper management and efficient use of raw materials, ingredients, and cleaning products; Ensure compliance with and follow-up on health and safety programs; Maintain compliance with quality, sanitation, and food safety requirements; Support and maintain environmental program initiatives; Supervise and monitor sanitary maintenance of equipment; Ensure the collective agreement is properly applied; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives; Lead, engage, develop, and train team members; Empower employees and involve them in decision-making. ‘The individual who will own this role’ College diploma or university degree in a relevant field; Minimum of 3 years of personnel supervision experience; Experience working in a unionized environment; Experience in the food manufacturing industry is considered an asset; Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); Lean Six Sigma certification is considered an asset. Requirements
