To support our continued growth and strategic ambitions, we are seeking a Vice President, Finance, Fresh Products. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this executive leader will serve as a strategic business partner to the Fresh Products leadership team. The successful candidate will provide the financial leadership, insights and analytical rigor required to support strategic decision-making, drive business performance and accelerate long-term value creation. Where you will drive value: As Vice President, Finance, Fresh Products, you will: Lead the long-term strategic planning, annual operating plan and forecasting processes for the Fresh Products business. Provide financial and operational insights that identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks and improve profitability. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by challenging assumptions and supporting key strategic decisions. Deliver executive and Board-level presentations, analyses and recommendations. Develop robust financial models, business cases and performance frameworks to support investments and growth initiatives. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance organization. Oversee the plant controller function and strengthen its role as a business partner to operations. Play a key leadership role in transformation initiatives, strategic projects and growth opportunities. Foster a culture focused on performance, accountability, continuous improvement and value creation. What will enable you to have an impact: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. CPA or CFA designation. Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning and analysis within a complex organization. At least 5 years of leadership experience. Strong track record partnering with executive leadership teams. Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business recommendations. Extensive experience leading strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes. Proven success building and leading high-performing teams. Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau is considered an asset.
