Ton objectif : l’aider à s’épanouir, à participer pleinement aux activités et à vivre un été rempli de plaisir et de fierté. ✨ Tes principales responsabilités Intégrer un enfant dans son groupe et faciliter sa participation aux activités; Encourager et soutenir sa motivation et son autonomie; Stimuler ses interactions sociales et l’aider à développer des amitiés; Communiquer régulièrement avec les coordonnateurs et les parents au besoin; Veiller à sa sécurité et à son bien-être en tout temps; Contribuer à la belle énergie du camp ! ❤️ Tu es la personne qu’on recherche si tu… Fais preuve d’empathie, de calme et de bienveillance; Sais écouter et t’adapter aux besoins de chaque enfant; Aimes travailler en équipe et collaborer avec des professionnels du milieu; As envie de faire une réelle différence dans la vie d’un enfant cet été. ✅ Prérequis Formation en éducation spécialisée ou dans un domaine connexe; Formation en premiers soins valide de moins de 3 ans; Vérification d’antécédents judiciaires valide de moins de 3 ans; Certification d'accompagnement en camp de jour (CACDJ) obtenue; Niveau scolaire : secondaire 4 complété; Une expérience ailleurs qu’à l’Air en Fête : un atout. ⏰ Conditions Camps ouverts de 7 à 9 semaines selon les sites; Horaire variable du lundi au vendredi, de 7 h à 18 h; Formation continue; Un environnement bienveillant où ton bien-être est une priorité. ✨ On te dit à bientôt, on l’espère ! * L’offre est rédigée au masculin, sans aucune discrimination, simplement dans le but d’alléger le texte.

Requirements

Candidates must have training in specialized education or a related field, along with a valid first aid certification and a criminal record check. A day camp companion certification (CACDJ) and completion of secondary 4 are also required.
