The Labour Relations Counsel provides legal assistance to pilot governing bodies and members regarding employment issues and contract administration. Responsibilities include negotiating agreements, handling dispute resolution, and managing case functions under minimal supervision. Requires a law degree (LLB/LLM) and membership in a Provincial Bar, with at least 5 years of labour law experience (15+ preferred). Proficiency in English and French, along with knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations, is strongly preferred.
