Clinical Support & Patient Care Assist Nurses and Respiratory Therapists with patient assessments, treatments, and follow-up care. Educate patients and caregivers on equipment usage, treatment plans, and health protocols. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Administrative & Scheduling Schedule appointments, manage clinical calendars, and coordinate referrals. Prepare and organize patient electronic charts, medical records, and clinical documentation. Handle general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and data entry. Provide administrative support for CPAP and Home Oxygen therapy programs. Equipment & Inventory Management Maintain, sanitize, and perform preventive care on medical equipment. Provide clients with product information, specifically for CPAP equipment. Manage clinical inventory, track supplies, and ensure stock levels are maintained. Compliance & Professional Development Strictly adhere to healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and patient confidentiality standards. Participate in team meetings and training to continuously build clinical skills. __________________ Are you a MATCH? College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or Medical background preferred. Computer literate in Microsoft Office, ERP & Google systems with strong data entry skills and selling skills. 1-2 years of experience in general office practice.
