Overview Reports to Facilities Maintenance Manager The Facilities Maintenance Maintainer will be responsible for: Implement and monitor preventative maintenance to reduce unscheduled breakdowns. Requirements: Ability to work with minimal supervision; Valid Canadian driver’s license Strong organization, communication and self-motivated with solid decision-making skills. Ability to use tools, table saw, tape measure and hand tools. Basic mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and electrical knowledge and skills.
