Job Description In collaboration with the Director, Inventory Management & Package Optimization, the incumbent contributes to maximizing revenue and profitability across a portfolio of airline routes and vacation package products. Leveraging strong analytical expertise, market knowledge, and specialized revenue management tools, the incumbent develops and adjusts strategies aimed at achieving key performance objectives such as Revenue per Available Seat Mile (RASM), load factor, and yield. Responsibilities: Manage an assigned portfolio of routes to maximize revenue through the effective use of revenue management levers and market intelligence. Ensure weekly workflow activities are completed in accordance with established revenue management processes and methodologies. Analyze booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities and mitigate risks in a constantly evolving market. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the assigned markets, including customer booking behaviour and willingness to pay. Calibrate revenue management system inputs based on recent market changes and ensure forecast accuracy. Validate revenue management system outputs to ensure alignment with market expectations and business strategies. Monitor key performance indicators closely and adjust strategies as required to optimize results. Proactively communicate findings, as well as tactical and strategic actions, to relevant stakeholders. Work closely with the Pricing Analyst to ensure consistency and alignment of implemented actions. Qualifications University degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in an analytical role related to revenue management, optimization, planning, business analysis, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to support decision-making. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, rigor, and results orientation. Proven ability to manage time, priorities, and urgent requests effectively in a fast-paced environment requiring responsiveness and accuracy. Knowledge of an airline revenue management system such as PROS is considered an asset. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel), Power BI, and demonstrated comfort with collaborative digital tools and artificial intelligence solutions (e.g., Copilot). Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Oral and written fluency in French and English.* *A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
