Manage critical situations such as AOG and delays while providing technical support to flight crews and technicians. Requires a college diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Technology and an AME license (Category M2). Candidates must be proficient in AMOS and Microsoft Office, with the ability to work day and night shifts.
