R&D Lab Technician - R&D Test all new materials that may be used in the mixing process Coordinate the mixing and testing of all new materials. Operate all lab equipment. Assist in conducting studies of new ingredients and compounds. Prepare reports based on test results. Interact with compounders, technical staff, lab personnel, and production associates to ensure procedures and tests being performed are meeting requirements. Additional duties as assigned.
