We are looking for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor qualified in at least one province of Canada to join our growing AI-augmented legal services platform. At AirCounsel, we combine exceptional legal expertise with advanced AI technology to deliver faster, smarter, and more scalable legal support to businesses internationally, including Canada-based clients. As part of our team, you will work at the forefront of legal innovation, leveraging AI-enabled workflows while providing the practical commercial judgment that only experienced attorneys can deliver. What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active license in at least one Canadian province and have over 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law. Strong experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, along with excellent communication skills, is essential.
